Abstract Submission: Submission closes July 15th, 2025.

Full Consideration (oral presentation or poster): August 10th, 2025
Poster Only: After August 10th, 2025

Registration Deadlines:
Early bird: before August 22nd, 2025

After August 22nd, 2025, hotel rooms are no longer guaranteed at venue.

WAO2025 will have an early registration on September 21st, 2025 at Prairie Sun Brewery. This will include two drinks and appetizers for those in attendance.

Registration Fees

All fees are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD), and do not include applicable taxes (5% GST + 6% PST). Please note that breakfasts and lunches are included for all five days of the Workshop. You will not need to book a hotel room with breakfasts included.

Early bird registration:
 $850 + taxes = $943.50
Late registration:
 $1050 + taxes = $1165.50
