Abstract Instructions

1. TITLE OF PAPER: The abstract title is printed in CAPITAL LETTERS, with the exception of scientific names which should be upper/lower case and italicized.

2. AUTHOR(S): The first name should be the presenting author. Use * after the presenting author. Type in upper/lower case.

3. ADDRESS AND EMAIL: List affiliation address and email for all authors. Type in regular upper/lower case.

4. MAXIMUM LENGTH: One page

5. PAGE SIZE: Standard 8.5 x 11 paper (portrait)

6. MARGINS: 1-inch margin throughout(left/right/top/bottom)

7. SPACING: Single spaced

8. PARAGRAPHS: Paragraphs should be separated by a blank line and should not be indented.

9. FONTS: Character font should be Times New Roman 12 point type.

10. FIGURES & TABLES: if included, photos, figures, and tables must be sized to keep within the one page limit and must be clearly readable at the reduced size. The figures and tables may be in color and should be included in camera-ready form.

Poster Instructions

Poster Overview

The poster presentation session will be held Wednesday, July 31, between 5 pm and 6 pm. At least one of the authors should be at the poster during the poster session.

Poster Setup

Posters will be set up on Wednesday, July 31, between 12:00 pm and 5:00 pm in the Fireplace Foyer near the registration area. Posters will be mounted via binder clips (provided) to a foam board (provided), and displayed on a easel (provided).

Poster Preparation Guidelines

A poster presentation consists of a visual display combined with an interpersonal question and answer period. The content of an effective poster presentation should be direct, focused, and concise.

Posters must be no larger than 36 inches (0.91m) high and 48 inches (1.2m) wide in landscape orientation.
