• Conference access offers live chat and video conference opportunities for attendees throughout all three days (Friday, June 7th, 2024 - Sunday, June 9th, 2024). Asynchronous access is also available two days in advance, allowing participants to explore virtual posters at their own pace. Interactive online workshops are available until 14th June 2024.

Live Virtual Poster Sessions and Symposium Structure:

• Four 2-hour live virtual poster sessions, spanning various time zones over the weekend.

a) A 30-minute plenary lecture.

b) A 90-minute parallel virtual poster sessions, featuring:
- One 15-minute live keynote lecture
- Two 40-minute virtual poster session with Q&A

• The four 2-hour live virtual poster sessions are scheduled across different time zones:

a) Friday: 1st Two-hour session:
- San Francisco 6:30 am, New York 9:30 am, Rio 11:30 am, Swansea 2:30 pm, Bangalore 8 pm, Beijing 10:30 pm.

b) Friday-Saturday: 2nd Two-hour session:
- San Francisco Friday 6:30 pm, New York 9:30 pm, Rio 11:30 pm, Saturday Swansea 2:30 am, Bangalore 8 am, Beijing 10:30 am.

c) Saturday: 3rd Two-hour session:
- San Francisco 6:30 am, New York 9:30 am, Rio 11:30 am, Swansea 2:30 pm, Bangalore 8 pm, Beijing 10:30 pm.

d) Saturday-Sunday: 4th Two-hour session:
- San Francisco Saturday 10:30 pm, Sunday New York 1:30 am, Rio 3:30 am, Swansea 6:30 am, Bangalore 12:00 pm, Beijing 2:30 pm.
