VDRD 2024 is celebrating our 11th annual trainee-led Vancouver Diabetes Research Day. We look forward to connecting with you on November 14th at the UBC Point Grey campus. The VDRD meeting is in-person and runs for a full day.

This year we we have two locations for the scientific sessions.

Location 1:

UBC Robert H Lee Alumni Centre

6163 University Boulevard

9:00 am to 3:30 pm for the oral talks & keynote presentations

Location 2:

UBC Life Sciences Institute

2350 Health Sciences Mall

4:00-7:00 pm for the scientific poster session and happy hour reception

Getting to UBC campus:

Transit is the most popular way to get to and from UBC. Ten regional bus routes connect directly to UBC, including the 99 B-Line along Broadway and the R4 Rapid Bus along 41^st Ave.

Cycling to UBC campus:

The fastest and most enjoyable ways to travel to, from and around the UBC campus is on two wheels. Click this link for bike routes and more information.

Parking at UBC campus:

There are several parkades on campus for vehicles including EV. The Health Sciences Parkade is the closest option to the Life Sciences Institute.
