KNT12 - Canada in a changing climate: Help inform your national knowledge assessments
Canada in a Changing Climate: Advancing our Knowledge for Action is the national assessment of how and why Canada's climate is changing; the impacts of these changes on our communities, environment, and economy; and how we are adapting. After wrapping up a successful assessment cycle, which saw the release of six reports, including the ground-breaking For our Future: Indigenous Resilience Report, we are now in the early stages of our new process. Come hear from the leads of three new reports, to learn more about their chapters relevant to Northern issues, as well as their process and opportunities for engagement. We will also discuss the lessons-learned from developing the previous suite of reports, with a focus on Northern communities and ideas for knowledge mobilization products that share the Assessments in new and accessible ways to broad audiences.
