Who can register?

The BioGENext meeting aims to unite the Ukrainian scientific community in the field of biomedical research and next-generation therapeutics development. We aspire to establish a collaborative platform between local research institutions and foster partnerships with the global scientific community, a paramount importance for Ukrainian researchers at present.

We greatly encourage researchers whose studies focus on discovery, development and applications of next generation technologies and treatment solutions for human health to register and submit their abstracts.

We eagerly anticipate your active involvement, engaging presentations, and insightful discussions during the event!

NOTE: In light of the military aggression of Russia against Ukraine, we want to emphasize that participants affiliated or co-affiliated with Russian, Belarusian and Iranian institutions or anyone openly supporting the war against Ukraine will not be permitted to attend the upcoming conference.

Registration conditions

Registration for conference is free of charge and includes access to plenary sessions, on-site workshop participation, panel discussions, refreshments, the opening reception, and a participant welcome package. However, travel and accommodation arrangements are the responsibility of participants.

IMPORTANT! The number of IN-PERSON slots is LIMITED, thus priority for in-person attendance will be given to those participants who submit their abstracts. Participants who do not plan to submit an abstract will be notified about the availability of in-person seats after abstract submission process is closed.

Abstracts will be published in the international peer-reviewed journal "Biopolymers and Cell," with each abstract assigned a unique DOI. Abstract submission fees are as follows:

Online PDF-version of Abstract book - 200 UAH | 20 EUR

Printed version of Abstract book - 400 UAH | 40 EUR

Participants who submit their abstracts during the early bird period will receive a surprise BioGENext Conference-branded gift from the organizers!

Registration Confirmation Email

After completing the registration form, you will receive a confirmation email along with a link to register for your personal BioGENext account. Through this account, you can make any changes or updates to your registration, including your participation format and presentation type. Simply log in to your account after registration to access these options.

We strongly encourage you to provide a detailed bio and upload a headshot photo to your BioGENext account. Doing so will enhance the networking experience, allowing fellow participants to learn more about you and facilitating more meaningful connections during the event.
