Venue
The symposium will be held at the Life Sciences Institute on the Vancouver Campus of the University of British Columbia (UBC) located at: 2350 Health Sciences Mall, Vancouver, BC Canada V6T 1Z3.

COVID-19
Masks are required to be worn at all times (except when eating and drinking) while inside indoor public spaces at UBC including the conference venue (currently set to expire June 30, 2022). COVID-19 restrictions evolve and will be updated as required.
WIFI
The symposium is a paperless event, there will be no printed copies of the program onsite, please bring your laptop and/or smart phone to access the program. Wireless internet is available by connecting to the ‘ubcvisitor’ network, for free light browsing, no login required. If you are from another education institution that uses eduroam you can also access that network at UBC.
Accessibility
The Life Sciences Institute building is fully accessible.
Parking
Limited parking is available for guests staying in the symposium campus accommodations for $10.00 per day plus tax. Visitor parking is available at various parkades around campus. Information regarding rates and where to park can be found here. The closest parkades to the symposium building are:
- Health Sciences Parkade- The health sciences parkade is located at 2250 Health Sciences Mall. The entrance to the parkade is on the south side of the structure, just west of Health Sciences Mall next to patient park and the back of the UBC hospital complex.
- Thunderbird Parkade- 6085 Thunderbird Blvd, Vancouver, BC V6T 1Z3
