Announcements and Scheduling Updates

We are continuing to monitor the weather and will share any program announcements or scheduling updates here.

Update as of February 11 @ 2:30 PM: Conference Start Time Delayed.

We have decided to delay the start time of the conference on Thursday, February 13. This decision has been made to provide attendees with additional time to travel into town safely. To accommodate this, we have made the below changes to the schedule.

9:00 a.m. - Registration desk opens

9:00 a.m. - Breakfast items available

10:00 a.m. - 10:45 a.m. - Concurrent Session 1

11:00 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. - Concurrent Session 2

12:00 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. - Keynote Address

1:15 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. - Schedule resumes as planned

Welcome to the 17^th annual Conference on Higher Education Pedagogy

CHEP will take place on February 12-14, 2025 at The Inn at Virginia Tech and Skelton Conference Center in Blacksburg, Virginia. This year's theme is "Embracing the Future of Learning".

The conference showcases the best pedagogical practice and research in higher education today. Sessions address disciplinary and interdisciplinary instructional strategies, outcomes, and research. We are excited to welcome over 400 faculty and instructors in Higher Education dedicated to teaching excellence.
