    Young Investigator Award - Studying Skeletal Muscle Protein Turnover: A People First Approach

    This presentation will examine past, present, and future developments in the study of skeletal muscle protein turnover in humans. Emphasis will be placed on the critical role of teamwork and collaboration, not only in conducting human trials but also in fostering professional growth. Finally, the challenges of establishing a laboratory as an early career researcher will be explored, with the aim of providing valuable insight for those who will one day navigate this pivotal career stage.
