1. Registration terms
Registration for the seminar includes:
- Participation in the seminar, plenary and demonstrations, in person
- Coffee breaks on May 5 and 6, 2023
- Lunch and beverages on May 5 and 6, 2023
- Cocktail 5 to 7 of May 5, 2023
- Access to training material in hard copy
- Access to the exhibitors hall
The training will be offered in English. A simultaneous French translation service will be set up. Thus each participant will be able to follow the training in the language of their choice.
2. Registration fees
Registration fees are in Canadian dollars ($ CAN).
Applicable rates: General admission IN PERSON for the 2 days, $Upcoming prices. The seats are limited. The deadline for registration is April 5, 2023. Book early via the online ticket office!
3. Seminar location
The seminar takes place at Université Laval, at 2325, rue de l'Université, Québec (Québec) G1V 0A6. When you arrive on site, head to the Maurice-Pollack Pavilion.

Université Laval is accessible to people with reduced mobility. During your visit to the room, the reception staff will direct you to the previously reserved location. Inform the organizing committee as soon as you purchase your ticket.
Where to park?
Parking spaces will be available on site. Unless otherwise specified or special activities are controlled, access to campus parking areas is chargeable Monday to Thursday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. All parking lots, including those working with parking meters are free on Saturdays and Sundays as well as on public holidays listed in the university calendar. 4. Règlements
Cancellation Policy
For participants, consult the cancellation policy.
COVID-19
Rest assured that in the event of a regression in the health measures introduced by the government, the organizing committee will postpone the seminar and, if necessary, reimburse its partners and exhibitors.
