Notice of Patient and Patient Family Registrations
As a professional membership society, the ISSVA World Congress is intended solely for professional medical education of healthcare professionals and researchers involved in vascular anomalies.
Representatives of patient organizations that are formally affiliated with ISSVA are welcome to attend in their representative capacity.
The scientific program is highly specialized and may include detailed clinical images, discussions of complex cases, and outcomes that are not intended for individual patient guidance. The Congress does not provide personal medical advice, second opinions, or case-specific consultation.

ISSVA bears no responsibility or liability for any emotional, personal, or psychological impact that may arise from attending the meeting. For these reasons, patients and family members who plan to attend in a personal capacity are kindly requested not to register for or attend the ISSVA World Congress.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Please send cancellation requests to the ISSVA International Secretariat by e-mail. If you do not receive an acknowledgement within two weeks of submitting your cancellation notice, please contact ISSVA at info@issva.org or call +1 414-918-9877 to verify receipt. Cancellations will be processed according to the following schedule:
Attendee Cancellation Postmarked/Received by:
· Up to 31 March, 2026: 75% refund
· From 1 April 2026 - 30 April 2026: 50% refund
· From 1 May 2026 - onward: No refund
*Requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
