As a part of Mechanical Insights, we are offering registered participants the opportunity to participate in tours organized at Getty and external institutions. These tours will take place on the last day of the symposium, Friday, November 15.

Due to venue capacities, locations and start times, participants are limited to one (1) Friday tour. We will do our best to accommodate your first-choice option. You will be informed of your visiting group a few weeks prior to the conference. Most tours will be held offsite and attendees will be responsible for their own transportation.

Separately, two tours of GCI's newly renovated science labs will be offered to attendees during the symposium on Tuesday, November 12 and Thursday, November 14. These can be booked separately from the Friday tours. Please be aware - installation is ongoing so not all instrumentation will be operational or on view at the time of your visit.
