Join us for Northern Ontario's premiere conference for faculty and preceptor development. Participants can connect with peers, participate in continuing medical education, stay abreast of clinical best practices, experience hands-on simulation training, and develop leadership and teaching skills. This conference promises to deliver an experience relevant to Northern Ontario, rural and remote medical and health professionals and students alike.

Learner & Resident Discount:

At this time, NOSM U learners will not be charged a fee for registration. We have secured funding for learners, which will be allocated on a priority basis to award winners and presenters. Remaining funds are available for all learners interested in attending this year's event. Funding confirmation for learners who register for the conference will be provided by the CEPD office during the week of April 7th. Please register as soon as possible to ensure your spot at this year's event! Be prepared to complete a brief summary outlining your learning objectives for the conference.

How to apply?

Interested learners and residents are encouraged to register for the event before April 7th. The week of April 7th, funding for learners who register for the conference will be confirmed.

We are looking forward to learner participation at Northern Constellations/Connections and encourage all learners to apply.

The CEPD office will reach out once funding decisions have been finalized.

*Note: The price of the Achievement Celebration reception is included in the Northern Constellations & Connections Conference registration fee. Conference attendees may select whether or not they wish to attend the Achievement Celebration upon registration.
