Hotel Accommodations and Transportation
All registrants will have their accommodation fees covered for the night of Friday, May 9, 2025, except for incidental expenses. Hotel accommodations will be booked through a rooming list submitted by NOSM University CEPD by April 18, 2025. After this deadline, the remaining rooms we have reserved will be released to the public and will be booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please make note of the following information regarding pre-conference programs and post-conference affiliated meetings:
If you are taking part in either Northern Lights, or another affiliated meeting before or after Northern Constellations & Connections, select all nights that apply and your room will be reserved for you.
You are responsible to pay any additional night outside of Friday, May 9, 2025.

We are polling to see if there is interest in participants to secure a seat on a charter bus from Sudbury to Toronto to attend Northern Lights and/or Northern Constellations and Connections.
Seat Fee: $130.00 round trip
Depart Thursday, May 8, 2025 - Return Saturday, May 10, 2025
Depart Friday, May 9, 2025 - Return Saturday, May 10, 2025
Both options will be departing from Sudbury if we gain enough interest. Notification of charter bus will be sent to all those interested by March 24, 2025.
