Poster boards are 3 feet high by 6 feet wide.

Presenters should hang up their posters during the coffee break/lunch break on June 26th.

Posters will be up for the whole conference.

Velcro will be provided - no tacks, tape etc.!!!

The poster session is divided into four time slots for poster presentation:

June 26th

4:00 - 5:00 PM (Odd ID numbers 11-57)

5:00 - 6:00 PM (Odd ID numbers 59 and above)

June 27th

4:00 - 5:00 PM (Even ID numbers 4-52)

5:00 - 6:00 PM (Even ID numbers 54 and above)
