Cancellation policy
In case of cancellation, the following fees will be applied:
- Cancellation before September 22, 2023 : 15 % of registration fee
- Cancellation after September 22, 2023 : 50 % of registration fee
- No refund on or after the day of the event

En cas d’annulation de votre inscription, les frais suivants seront retenus :
- Annulation avant ou le 24 mars 2026 : 15 % des frais d'inscription
- Annulation après le 24 mars 2024 : 50 % des frais d'inscription
- Aucun remboursement pendant ou après l'activité.
