Overview
Residents are invited to join the Community Concierge and Connection Event on Thursday, November 13, 2025 in Sudbury, following your SIMS session.

Evening Dinner (5:30-7:00 pm)

• Buffet dinner with your fellow residents so that you can have some social time after your day of SIMS. This will be a "sit down" dinner but with buffet style service.

• This will offer you a chance to connect with one another and with community representatives informally before moving into the evening opportunity to meet with community reps at their booths, and have a chance to welcome and mingle with UME learners as well.

• Partners are welcome to join at no cost - please register your partner/spouse so that they can come and join in for the meal and opportunity to learn about communities with you.

Community Connection Gathering (7:00-10:00 pm)

• Informal networking with recruiters at booths.

• Undergraduate learners will join after 7:00 pm for dessert and mingling.

Accommodations

• As a support to you, we have held accommodation for this VERY busy week in Sudbury at the following hotels.  If you are coming from out of town, please book before October 12th to ensure your accommodation is secured.

• Residents may request accommodations at the Radisson Hotel, Hampton Inn, or Homewood Suites

• Select “Accommodation required” during registration and booking details will be emailed to you.

Registration Fee

• There is no cost for residents or partners.
