Registration Procedures:
All registrations will be confirmed via email. If you do not receive an email confirmation within two weeks of submission, please contact the meeting organizers at MonAMCProgram@shrinenet.org. There will be no refunds for cancelled registrations after August 1, 2024. For more information on the cancellation policy, please see below.
Onsite Registration:
On-site registration will be available, contingent on space availability. Registration fees will be $100 more for each registration class. Please contact the organizing committee at MonAMCProgram@shrinenet.org prior to making plans to attend and register onsite, to verify that there will be availability for on-site registration.
What’s included?
The 4th International Symposium on Arthrogryposis runs from Sunday, September 29 to Tuesday, October 1st 2024 and includes admission to all general and breakout scientific sessions, breakfast, health breaks, lunches and the Opening Ceremony Cocktail Dinner on Sunday evening, September 29. Continuing medical education (CME) credits are included.
Invitation Letters:
Invitations letters for visa requests are available for registered delegates by contacting the Organizing Committee at MonAMCProgram@shrinenet.org.
Substitutions:
Name substitutions for an existing registration must be made in writing prior to August 1, 2024 to MonAMCProgram@shrinenet.org at no extra charge. Any name substitutions made after August 1st 2024 or onsite will result in a $100 processing fee. If the original registrant shows up at the meeting, they will be responsible for a new onsite registration fee.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All cancellations must be received in writing by emailing their cancellation to MonAMCProgram@shrinenet.org. Delegates will receive a confirmation and refund within 14 days of receipt of their cancellation notice. We will grant a full refund, less a 10% processing fee, for cancellations received in writing on or before August 1st, 2024. No refunds will be granted after August 1st, 2024.
