Childcare Options during the Symposium

We are pleased to offer our registered Symposium attendees onsite professional childcare services for children ages 2 and up. Childcare services will be provided by a local non-profit childcare service provider, Fondation Papillon. This service is offered free of charge for registrants of the symposium.

Childcare services will be only available onsite at the Shriners Hospitals for Children on Saturday, September 28 and at the Hotel Omni Mont-Royal on Sunday, September 29, 2024.

Space is limited and advanced online registration is required prior to the event to ensure that the onsite childcare services are properly staffed and to facilitate planning of games and other activities for the children.

Please note that drop-in childcare services will not be available during the Symposium and symposium attendees are required to remain onsite while their children are being minded.

Services will be provided by Fondation Papillon, an external company whose specialized educators and staff are experienced in working with children with mobility and/or intellectual issues.

The Shriners Hospitals for Children - Canada has no affiliation with the service company and assumes no liability for the childcare services.
