HOTELS
The hotels on offer provide a range of accommodations from Historic Inns to modern villas and contemporary hotels. All have a restaurant on site.
1. The Hamilton Beach Villas & Spa
The Hamilton Beach Villas & Spa is pleased to extend to IACA attendees their CARICOM rate for all our accommodations.
CARICOM rates, in USD, are as follows:
1 bedroom - ground floor - $175 + 22% tax totals to $213.50 per night
2 bedroom - ground floor - 3rd floor - $200 + 22% tax totals to $244 per night
2 bedroom - Beach Front - $300 + 22% tax totals to $366 per night
3 bedroom - Beach Front - $400 + 22% tax totals to $488 per night
4 bedroom - Beach Front - $550 + 22% tax totals to $671 per night

2. The Hermitage
The Hermitage is a unique historic inn made special by the care and attention the Lupinacci family has put into making guests feel welcome and relaxed. It is like staying at your own country home in the Caribbean.
There are three room categories available: Hillside rooms, Balcony rooms, or Gingerbread Cottages.
The Hillside rooms look into the garden, the Balcony rooms surround the swimming pool and have more porch space, and the Gingerbread Cottages are the largest, with a master bedroom, a separate sitting room, kitchenette and private porch. All rooms are furnished with four poster canopy beds and island charm.
The nightly rate for the Hillside rooms is US $190, the Balcony rooms are $230, and the Gingerbread Cottages are $300. These rates include full breakfast daily, and are also inclusive of the standard service charge and government tax.

3. Mount Nevis Hotel
The Mount Nevis Hotel is located on 17 acres on Nevis' Round Hill Estate. It is known for spectacular views, warm hospitality and serving some of the best food on Nevis. The property is comprised of 44 rooms in 5 two storey pavilions. Each pavilion has 8 Superior Suites and 8 Deluxe Twin, Queen or King Bedded rooms. All rooms have stunning views of St. Kitts and the Caribbean Sea.
IACA's special conference room rate of $US 175.00 a night is valid between August 9 - 21, 2024. This rate is for the Superior Suites and Deluxe Double Rooms, exclusive of the 12% government tax and the 12% service charge.

4. Oualie Beach Resort
Oualie Beach Resort is an Eco-Friendly family owned 3 star hotel with only 32 rooms spaciously scattered along the beach in single and two storey gingerbread cottages that reflect the traditional Caribbean style architecture of the island of Nevis.

6. Calypso Hotel and Restaurant
Calypso hotel overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. The minimalistic build of the hotel rooms provides guests with a sense of peace and promotes relaxation with the sound of the waves nearby. The Residential area consists of 28 rooms, a library and a gym. Our rooms can accommodate up to two persons and consists of a queen sized bed. 1. Beverly’s Guest House
Beverley’s Guest House offers a selection of traditional terraces, located on the outskirts of Charlestown with easy access to local transport and within walking distance to NePAC. Experience the comfort and hospitality of Beverley’s Guest House during your stay in Nevis.

2. Pinney's Complex
We are a family-owned business for more than 30 years. We offer two-bedroom cottages and one-bedroom apartments, and the closest accommodation option to NePAC.
Conference rates are:
$120.00 USD per night for two bedroom cottages
$65.00 USD per night for one-bedroom apartments

3. Hill Top Guest House
Hilltop is a home away from home, nestled among the slopes of the Pond Hill area of the island. These charming, well kept apartments rest peacefully in nature’s scenic splendor.
