Oral presentation (except for Plenary Speakers)

• State-of-the-Art (SOTA) Speakers:

  30 min total — 25 min for the presentation + 5 min for questions.

  (Except for Symposium 1: 15 min total — 12 min presentation + 3 min questions)

• Invited and Contributed Speakers:

  15 min total — 12 min for the presentation + 3 min for questions.

Screen = 16:9 ratio

** Please bring your presentation on a USB key to be uploaded to the computer at the front of the room (in PDF or PPT format). You will present it the morning before sessions start (8 to 9 am). No personal computer can be used on the audio-visual system.

Poster presentation

• 36" wide by 47" high

• Install your poster at lunch time the day of your presentation.

• Printing available in Quebec City via Samples Print:

  You can submit your files via their website and pick them up at the store nearest you (5 km away, closest to the Convention Center). You can also choose between standard or express delivery (to the hotel or the Convention Center). More information here:
