Arriving by public transit
There is a direct bus link between Montreal and Sherbrooke, departing approximately every two hours from 6am to 8pm. Please consult the Limocar Express Bus schedule for more information. Autobus La Québécoise offers bus services between Quebec City and Sherbrooke.
Two shuttle buses will be available to take people from Sherbrooke to the event location at the Faculté de médecine et des sciences de la santé. One will depart from the main campus of the Université de Sherbrooke, and the other will depart from downtown Sherbrooke. The shuttle buses will be free for registered participants.
If you are traveling from Montreal, we recommend that you take the bus arriving at the main campus of the Université de Sherbrooke at 8:05am. The free shuttle bus will then take you to the event location, arriving at 8:20am. Coffee and a light breakfast will be available during check-in.
The shuttle delivers you directly to building X1 – follow the QBIN signs to the elevators of building X4, and go up to the 6th floor.
Arriving by car
Parking is available for a fee (approximately $11 per day) at the event site. All visitors must park their vehicle in the P-Z-2 area.
Please email us (rbiq@usherbrooke.ca) if you have a mobility issue and require an accessible parking space. This type of parking is free and a parking sticker will be given to you.
Arriving by car (blue line = driving, red dotted line = walking)
1) Exit highway 610 towards the CHUS. Do not take entry #1 (hospital)
2) Take entry #2 (Campus de la santé)
3) Take the first right (Yellow sign - PZ-2 parking)
4) Pay at the park meter in front of the PRAC (Z8) building OR download Bciti app, select ‘USherbrooke’, enter your plate number and pay with your credit card.
5) Walk from parking P Z-2 to building X4 (look for our guides and QBIN signs!)
