In order to make this event safe and enjoyable for everyone, the following health and safety protocols will be followed during the 2023 QBIN Scientific Day. This information is subject to change based on the guidelines and regulations provided by the Université de Sherbrooke and the government of Quebec. Significant changes will be reflected on this page and will be communicated by email to all registered participants.

Masks

Procedural masks must be worn at all times during the event, except when eating, drinking, or seated at least one meter apart. Procedural masks for all registered participants will be provided by the Université de Sherbrooke, and should be replaced every 4 hours.

Physical distancing

Attendees should maintain a physical distance of at least one meter whenever possible. If a distance of one meter is not possible while seated, attendees should not remove their masks.
