Presenting my virtual poster

During the virtual poster presentation session, we ask all presenters to remain available for the duration of the session (1h30) to answer questions from participants. To do this, you can keep a tab open on your virtual Poster submission in your browser and use another tab to visit the Posters of other participants.

During the poster session, participants who visit your poster can start a video conversation through the Chat Room of your submission:

  • The different participants will be able to see where the video conversations are taking place and join them
  • Chat Rooms are limited to 8 participants at a time
  • You will be able to share your screen with participants during the video chat
  • You too can move freely from poster to poster

You also have the option of downloading slides containing your pre-recorded Poster presentation via your PowerPoint-type software, so that each participant can listen to your presentation later.
