Host a Side Meeting

Organizations interested in hosting a side meeting during ASM2025 are invited to submit a request using the official application form.

Meeting spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and fees are as follows: half-day bookings are $250 (room only) or $750 (with basic audiovisual setup), while full-day bookings are $500 (room only) or $1,000 (with basic audiovisual setup).

Each booking includes Wi-Fi, venue signage, listing on the ASM2025 website, and meeting space configured in either theatre or hollow square (boardroom) style.

The meeting organizer must be a fully registered ASM2025 participant.

Additional audiovisual equipment and in-room catering may be arranged directly with vendors at the organizer’s expense.

Please note that submission of the application form does not guarantee a reservation; bookings will be confirmed based on room availability and receipt of full payment.

The deadline to submit a request is November 15.
