Instructions for Speakers at ASM2025

1- Please verify the final schedule on the conference website, as last-minute changes may occur.

2- Collect your badge at the registration desk.

3- If needed, proceed to the Speaker Ready Room (Glen 208 in the South Building on the second floor) to review your presentation. Computers will be available for you to test and adjust your presentation if necessary.

Presentation Format

In most cases, presenters will have a maximum of 10 minutes for their presentation, followed by 2-3 minutes of questions, either immediately after the talk or at the end of the session. Please confirm the exact format with the session chairs.

We accept PowerPoint and PDF presentations. If you plan to use another format, please notify us in advance so we can confirm compatibility.

Please arrive to your presentation room at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your session with your presentation on a USB key. Your presentation should be loaded to the provided laptop prior to the beginning of your session.

Note on videos: If your presentation includes videos, please inform the technician in the Speaker Ready Room to ensure proper setup. Videos should be embedded directly in your presentation, as there will be no dedicated internet connection in the session rooms.

Instructions for Poster Presentations

Instructions for Posters at ASM2025

1- Poster set-up: you may set up your poster any time between 12pm and 4pm on Monday, December 15. Push pins and Velcro pads will be provided on-site. In the poster hall, there will be a display board indicating where each poster should be placed.

2- Posters will be displayed in the Exhibition Hall C, located in North Building, Level 2.

3- Poster sessions are scheduled from 5pm to 7pm on both Tuesday, December 16, and Wednesday, December 17. You are expected to be present by your poster during both poster sessions.

4- Poster take-down is on Thursday, December 18, from 1pm to 5pm. Any poster not removed by the deadline will be recycled.

Poster Format

Maximum poster size is 46 in. (116 cm) wide by 46 in. (116 cm) high. Please ensure your poster does not exceed these dimensions, as it will not fit in the available space.

Important: Please print your poster and bring it to the conference.
