    Palliative Care Clinical Rounds

    Topic: Clinical Rounds - Case on opioid conversion and pump and literature debrief During this session we will look at a case of a patient who requires opioid treatment and is being introduced to a pump. As well, we will debrief the literature articles presented in our December session to discuss your take aways and how they may have made an impact on your practice.
